Job Summary

Provide second-level support for clients’ security infrastructures, monitoring and resolving technical incidents and service requests within SLA. Manage work queues, update tickets, and assist with triage and troubleshooting, including client escalations. Execute changes with proper approvals, log and investigate issues, and help improve quality through ticket auditing and trend analysis. Collaborate with automation teams to automate routine tasks and support shift handovers while assisting L1 engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve security incidents and technical problems to restore service efficiently within SLA.
•Manage work queues and update tickets with resolution actions, logging incidents promptly and providing second-level support.
•Execute approved changes responsibly, flag risks with mitigation plans, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with procedures.
•Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks, supporting seamless handovers during shift changes.
•Assist L1 Security Engineers with triage and troubleshooting for initial client escalations and support project work when needed.

Key Requirements

•Handle managed services for security infrastructure and support security operations via ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Use active listening techniques such as paraphrasing and probing to gather details and troubleshoot.
•Plan and prioritize work, anticipating and adjusting to changing circumstances and priorities.
•Communicate effectively across cultures and social groups while remaining client-focused.
•Have a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent qualification) or relevant work experience.
