Job Summary

Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for the AgentExchange Marketplace Experiences team, covering Embedded Exchanges and the Install & Setup Experience. Lead roadmap and experimentation to improve onboarding, activation, and conversion for applications, agents, skills, and partner solutions across traditional and headless deployment models. Partner across Product, Engineering, UX, Data Science, Trust, Marketing, and Partner teams, measuring outcomes with V2MOM metrics and driving major releases like the Tableau integration.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the installation and deployment experience for applications, agents, skills, and marketplace assets across UI-driven and headless deployment models.
•Define and deliver embedded marketplace experiences inside Salesforce products, enabling discovery, installation, and activation of partner solutions.
•Partner with platform teams to evolve API-first and headless deployment capabilities for AI-driven software distribution.
•Run experiments to improve conversion, activation, customer engagement, and ecosystem growth; define success metrics and experimentation frameworks.
•Define and own the product roadmap for embedded exchanges and install experience, including V2MOM metrics and major release cycles such as the Tableau integration.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise platform or ecosystem products.
•Deep familiarity with Salesforce core platform architecture (metadata, packaging, permissions, extensibility model).
•Strong understanding of Agentforce and agentic systems, through direct product work or personal investment in AI-first product development.
•Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders not reporting to you.
•Proven ability to scope to hard deadlines and ship, including building/owning metrics and delivering adoption of platform/API capabilities.
