Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the European visual merchandising direction and ensure store sales/profit targets are supported through effective VM execution.
  • •Implement layout decisions (bubble/micro plans), ensure compliance with WE standards, and maintain high standards for windows and mannequins.
  • •Create shop-in-shops to emphasize category presentation and manage in-store communication tools (including dressing mannequins and props).
  • •Submit VM compliance monthly (including taking/uploading pictures) and update weekly space management tools with floor plan and fixture allocation changes.
  • •Support marketing activity execution, control equipment/fixtures, and participate in VM meetings and training/cascading feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • •1 year dedicated visual merchandising experience.
  • •Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Fluency in English and strong numeracy, literacy, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Geographical mobility across the cluster.
