Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Delivery & Support team for the bank’s Core Banking application, including developing support strategy and achieving objectives.
  • •Manage Core Banking change management across business requirements, technical specifications, delivery, and post-implementation maintenance.
  • •Lead Core Production Support within SLA, schedule, budget, and scope, overseeing testing and quality/compliance controls.
  • •Program-manage implementation and modernization of large-scale core digital banking platforms, including reporting, budgeting, capacity planning, and dependency management.
  • •Govern and direct teams (including offshore/outsourced resources), provide guidance for issue resolution, and ensure compliance/risk adherence across the program.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing large-scale core banking transformations and overseeing complete project lifecycles.
  • •Strong ability to plan, execute, control, and close projects while managing multiple components with minimal supervision.
  • •Experience leading cross-border teams, including offshore and outsourced personnel.
  • •Proficiency in project/program management methodologies such as AGILE or PRINCE2 for medium to large projects.
  • •Expertise in building and maintaining program/project plans, including risk management, action tracking, issue resolution, and dependency mapping.
