Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety protocols, procedures, and programs.
  • •Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Deliver engaging safety training and awareness programs across organizational levels to drive knowledge retention and behavioral change.
  • •Ensure compliance with UAE occupational health and safety regulations and environmental standards, maintaining safety documentation and coordinating with site teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of professional experience in safety, health, and environment roles with demonstrated site supervision responsibilities.
  • •Proven track record conducting safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations in construction, industrial, or similar operational environments.
