Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and develop reliability stress test flows and test plans covering product reliability aspects.
  • •Collaborate with the global quality team to define qualification plans, manage execution progress, and drive qualification gating issue resolution.
  • •Drive reductions in extrinsic (Time 0 and field DPM) and intrinsic reliability using optimized manufacturing test flows and test strategy to meet quality, cost, and cycle time KPIs.
  • •Debug and identify root causes of qualification (Qual) and RMA device issues using electric failure analysis (EFA) and physical failure analysis (PFA), and drive cross-functional improvements.
  • •Recommend fab process conversions for HVM to reduce cost and increase yields, and manage DPM process conversion risk with product leaders while supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • •Exposure in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.

  • •Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
