Job Summary

Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in the Radiology unit by following ethical and professional standards. Deliver quality patient care with the multi-professional team, ensuring patient safety by identifying and managing clinical risks. Support positive patient experiences through nursing leadership and help build staff competence by supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and nursing employees in a learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in line with ethical and professional standards.
•Deliver quality patient care with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
•Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
•Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences as guided by nursing leadership.
•Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees to build a learning environment and competence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
•Valid BLS certificate.
•At least two years of experience in own country.
•Minimum two years of recent experience as a Radiology Nurse (desired).
•Basic Arabic skills; verbal and written communication skills in English; computer literacy with MS Office.
