Job Summary

Develop and maintain the DeDU backend for Property Solutions, plan, implement, document and follow up on your work, contribute to design proposals, and provide technical support across development, projects and testing. You’ll help advance the product’s technical roadmap, share knowledge within the team, and work on modernizing digital property management solutions from an expanding WSP team in Umeå.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the DeDU backend and related components.
•Write systems specifications and technical documentation; provide technical support within software development and project tasks, including testing and validation.
•Plan, execute, document, and follow up on your own work; contribute to design and solution proposals.
•Collaborate with development teams and project managers to ensure quality and alignment with product roadmap.
•Engage in continuous improvement and refactoring of the codebase.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience with databases and backend development.
•Strong skills in C#, MSSQL and PostgreSQL, LINQ, with deep understanding of database optimization and migrating old data/structures to new solutions with minimal user impact.
•Experience with Git and agile practices; familiarity with modern DevOps processes and CI/CD tools is a plus.
•Experience with system integrations and API design; knowledge of Microsoft Azure (certification encouraged) and automated testing is desirable.
•Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
