Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large-scale, complex data, analytics and AI portfolios (€30m+) with full accountability for delivery performance, governance, quality, and client/financial outcomes.
  • •Oversee multiple concurrent programmes and projects, ensuring alignment to client strategy and contractual commitments.
  • •Act as a senior escalation point, resolving complex commercial, operational and delivery challenges and sustaining trusted senior relationships (CxO/Director-level).
  • •Own programme financial performance, including budget control, margin management, forecasting, and cost modelling; support pre-sales and bid activity.
  • •Ensure robust governance and assurance through delivery frameworks and KPI implementation; proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, change control, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong leadership experience leading and inspiring data delivery teams and growing data practices with an environment for talent development.
  • •Experience leading and delivering complex data deliveries for Tier 1 clients, including shaping and executing delivery programmes for clients’ most complex data challenges.
  • •Clear communication skills collaborating across mixed technical and business teams with advanced stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • •Proven track record of leading complex data and AI programmes and portfolios up to €50m in value.
  • •Practical experience with Agile, Scaled Agile, MSP, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
