Job Summary

Build and lead the implementation of private datacenter Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) capabilities. Translate service architecture into secure, automated, self-service infrastructure services—starting with networking and expanding to compute, storage, load balancing, and adjacent platform functions. Develop IaC/NaC-driven automation workflows, templates, orchestration processes, APIs, and integration patterns, while partnering with architects and domain leads to enable AIOps and a service catalog for internal product teams.

•Partner with Infrastructure Architect, Infrastructure Leadership, and domain leads to implement private cloud and IaaS strategy.
•Drive the shift to controlled self-service and automated infrastructure provisioning instead of ticket-based fulfillment.
•Lead design and implementation of self-service infrastructure capabilities, expanding networking into compute, storage, load balancing, and adjacent services.
•Build and maintain automation workflows, infrastructure templates, service blueprints, orchestration processes, and reusable automation modules.
•Act as the IaaS technical SME: implement, troubleshoot, document, and establish platform engineering practices, standards, and operating procedures.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, Infrastructure DevOps, or infrastructure automation roles.
•Hands-on enterprise networking knowledge including routing, switching, segmentation, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, IPAM, and security policy enforcement.
•Experience designing and building automation-driven infrastructure services in enterprise environments.
•Proven experience implementing private cloud and self-service infrastructure/IaaS/platform engineering capabilities.
•Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
