Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver sophisticated financial plans for HNW and UHNW clients using planning tools such as MoneyGuide Elite, Holistiplan, Vanilla, Income Lab, and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Engage clients to gather financial data and present personalized planning strategies, including goals planning approaches.
  • •Interpret trust and estate planning documents and model estate planning strategies; model multi-year tax planning strategies using client tax returns and tax planning software.
  • •Collaborate with clients and internal/external partners (attorneys and tax preparers) to implement financial recommendations.
  • •Serve as the financial planning expert for the team and broader division, support Director training/materials efforts, and ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CFP® certification required, with 5–10 years of comprehensive financial planning experience and knowledge of all financial planning topics.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •Experience with trust and estate planning; fiduciary trustee experience is a plus.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills to explain complex financial topics clearly.
  • •Proficiency with financial planning software (Vanilla and MoneyGuide preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
