Join a software development team delivering world-class software for aerospace and defense products, contributing to Battle Management, Command & Control, and sensors systems. You will participate in cross-disciplinary agile teams, develop and test complex software, and may lead a small software team while collaborating with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to ensure system-level performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
•Contribute as a software team member and possibly lead a small software team
•Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
•Minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant professional experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, Ada or similar software object-oriented language
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required, note only U.S. Citizen can obtain security clearance
•Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
•Experience developing software using Agile techniques such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development
