Manager, Software Engineering - Figma Weave

Lead the engineering organization for Figma Weave by partnering with Product and Design to plan and deliver a long-term roadmap. Collaborate across engineering teams to apply AI to creative problems, while hiring, managing, and developing a team of engineers (including staff-level). Establish accountability and an inclusive culture through hiring, mentorship, and cross-team community programs, helping scale the Weave engineering organization as it grows.
