Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders, customers, and procurement teams for the Regional Maintenance Program East (RMPE), building strong on-the-ground relationships to enable timely procurement actions.
  • •Support supplier management by coordinating reviews, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and proactively addressing supplier performance issues.
  • •Optimize the procurement solution by proposing innovative supply chain approaches across the program’s full life-cycle.
  • •Coordinate subcontracts administration, including flow-down of head contract clauses, via Category Buyers and Subcontracts Managers.
  • •Maintain procurement momentum by driving progress, supporting reporting/review of supplier performance issues, and enabling contract change or new procurement activities when required.

  • •Experience negotiating and managing contract spends of up to $20M, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
