Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-coating operations including surface preparation and masking duties based on instructions.
  • •Complete post-coating tasks such as removing parts from fixtures, removing masking, and troubleshooting/diagnosing malfunctioning equipment.
  • •Carry out minor repairs on coating equipment where applicable and perform Total Preventive Maintenance on applicable machines.
  • •Deburr, blend, polish, countersink, grind, drill, or grit blast aerospace engine component surfaces and details using hand and power tools.
  • •Check parts for visual and dimensional requirements using measuring equipment and assure completed parts meet quality requirements.
