Provide customer care for daily banking transactions, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience in line with bank policies. Build rapport with customers, maintain confidentiality, and handle both consumer and business customer problems, escalating complex cases as needed. Perform daily office responsibilities, manage cash handling and balancing, support retail policy compliance, and drive sales referrals by uncovering needs and referring customers to business partners. Travel within the market’s financial centers is expected.
