Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling, using mobile POS and social selling tools to drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining brand standards, service quality, and an organized sales floor.
