Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, storyboarding, and execution of high-quality video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
  • •Edit raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos; perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling.
  • •Set visual direction and ensure content aligns with BJAK’s tone, style, and brand identity while maintaining consistency across projects.
  • •Manage multiple projects concurrently, establish editing best practices/standards, and ensure outputs meet platform specifications.
  • •Oversee the production pipeline (media management, equipment setup, file optimization/export), maintain archives, and troubleshoot editing workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in video editing or related creative production.
  • •Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing diverse video styles and storytelling techniques.
  • •Skilled in camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording.
  • •Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (or equivalent tools).
