Job Summary

Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of safety and compliance training for employees across the Data Center business unit. Ensure training meets federal, state, and local regulations and industry standards, deliver OSHA 30 and OSHA 10-hour training, and support site orientations and new hire onboarding. Maintain training records in an LMS, assign required certifications, and partner with trainers while promoting a strong safety culture across the Black Box platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, develop, and implement training programs and curriculum for Data Center employees while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
•Deliver OSHA 30 and OSHA 10-hour training when required at various sites.
•Develop and implement new employee orientation and initial new employee training programs.
•Maintain and update training records in an LMS system and assign required training to meet certifications and mandatory training requirements.
•Serve as a training point of contact with cross-functional partners and collaborate with trainers at Black Box training centers to provide safety curriculum.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years performing safety audits, assessments, hazard identification, and conducting accident and incident investigations.
•Experience using and assessing LMS applications and safety software.
•5+ years managing safety and training programs in construction, warehousing, or data center environments (5+ years preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related or education field, or a professional BCSP certification with at least 5 years of construction safety experience.
•Certified OSHA trainer for OSHA 30- and 10-hour courses.
