Head of Product Design

Lead the product design organization through Kindred’s next growth phase, owning the end-to-end member experience across web and mobile. You’ll grow a cross-disciplinary design team spanning product design, research, and content/UX writing, set design vision and strategy, and raise the quality bar for a trusted, design-forward marketplace. Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and operations, and spearhead an AI-native design practice through prototyping and production workflows.
