Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate end-to-end product imagery shoots across assigned categories to meet seasonal priorities and brand objectives.
  • •Manage daily shoot operations and sample logistics, including tracking and movement of products.
  • •Administer the shoot calendar on the Flo platform and optimize studio set preparations via weekly planning.
  • •Oversee sample lifecycle, quality control protocols, returns, and reshoot processes, including press and VIP requests.
  • •Track content readiness, monitor delays, and support pre-styling each season while operating across London studio locations in Hackney and Westminster.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a similar studio role within luxury fashion (preferred).
  • •Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • •Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • •Impeccable attention to detail with a positive, self-motivated approach.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships; SAP knowledge preferred.
