Key Responsibilities

  • •Process import and export shipments (EU and third countries) including customs documents, Incoterms, and freight coordination.
  • •Perform goods origin/preference calculations and customs tariff classification (HS codes) for components.
  • •Handle operational warehouse logistics: goods receipt, picking, and shipping of components to construction sites and customers.
  • •Coordinate and allocate material flows, including dropshipping, warehouse dispatch, and spare parts.
  • •Maintain logistics master data and processes in the ERP system (Odoo) and support adjacent functions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics, customs, or freight forwarding (training or degree is flexible).
