  • •Oversee financial processes, daily accounting activities, project management, accounting process design/documentation, and sign off on control activities.
  • •Ensure strong accounting procedures and controls deliver accurate, complete, and timely results.
  • •Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
  • •Support external and internal audits for the area.
  • •Partner with finance, logistics, procurement, and operations to improve visibility into results/variances and plan for supply chain and distribution network impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in accounting roles with increasing scope, including inventory accounting and supply chain processes.
  • •4+ years of experience as a manager, including management of managers.
  • •A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in a Big 4 Accounting firm in Audit.
  • •Proven ability to transform accounting processes and manage/drive team engagement.
