Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management professionals within the Cost Management stream and guide the team on project delivery.
  • •Manage commissions to quality standards, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams to support project success.
  • •Track margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts across commissions and projects.
  • •Identify and act on business development opportunities, including cross-selling to existing and new clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
  • •Masters in Cost Management or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • •At least 8 to 10 years’ experience.
  • •Strong background in delivering consultancy services in Turner & Townsend’s sectors.
  • •Experience leading cost management commissions for medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
