Build strong client relationships by proactively reaching out and engaging customers in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking services (including digital and self-service tools), complete basic transactions, open accounts, process service requests, and submit credit applications. Partner with branch teams to deliver an optimal, accurate client experience.
