Branch Leader I, II or III - Swainsboro

Lead the day-to-day operations of an assigned Truist branch, driving performance through coaching, managing, and business development. You’ll grow revenue by expanding small business and mass affluent relationships through in-person client routines, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and the Code of Ethics, while managing human capital activities including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.
