Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with customers to understand requirements and design customized BMS solutions to optimize building performance and energy efficiency.
  • •Assist with the input of internal and external stakeholders, including ownership of subcontract designs (e.g., panels).
  • •Implement and complete project designs using BMS/control systems skills, including HVAC control, integration, and applications.
  • •Coordinate engineering/design submittals with the Project Manager, including equipment schedules and schematics, I/O data point lists, device/wiring layout drawings, and installation/commissioning support.
  • •Develop and submit FAT and SAT documentation and compile training handover documentation for each project.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a project engineering capacity delivering technology-based projects, ideally within Building Management Systems.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to work cooperatively, provide technical direction in a team environment, and maintain a strong commitment to safety.
  • •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
  • •Willingness to travel to customer sites and project sites as part of the role.
