Own the aviation hardware product roadmap for Flock’s autonomous drone platform for public safety. Partner with engineering and flight test teams to drive end-to-end development across hardware subsystems, embedded software, connectivity, and cloud interfaces. Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, legal, compliance, customer success, and go-to-market while building deep platform technical fluency.

•Define and execute the product roadmap for Flock’s aviation hardware portfolio, balancing near-term priorities, technical constraints, and long-term vision.
•Drive end-to-end product development with Engineering and Test Pilots across hardware subsystems, embedded software, connectivity, and cloud interfaces.
•Translate customer feedback, flight operational data, and FAA/FCC regulatory changes into hardware requirements and technical strategy.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Test Pilots, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market to deliver customer-focused hardware solutions.
•Build technical fluency across platform architecture to evaluate tradeoffs, guide engineering priorities, and represent product strategy to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually

•Partnering deeply with engineering teams to manage technical tradeoffs, scoping, execution, and roadmap planning.

•Strong customer instinct and market judgment to connect user needs to product execution.
•Familiarity with aviation, autonomous systems, robotics, drones, or similarly regulated hardware spaces (preferred).
