Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering with hands-on production experience shipping AI systems (LLM frameworks like LangGraph or LlamaIndex, agentic workflows, or similar).
  • •Proven track record owning projects end-to-end, from discovery through rollout without a team behind you.
  • •Strong engineering foundations: Python, APIs, microservices, databases, and AWS.
  • •Ability to work with ambiguity—figure out what to build from a business domain without a detailed brief.
  • •Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders; translate messy manual processes into technical solutions.
