•Measure impact by tracking time and effort saved, then iterate based on real usage.
•Prioritize your own roadmap and decide what to build next with no ticket-driven roadmap.

•6+ years of software engineering with hands-on production experience shipping AI systems (LLM frameworks like LangGraph or LlamaIndex, agentic workflows, or similar).

•Strong engineering foundations: Python, APIs, microservices, databases, and AWS.
•Ability to work with ambiguity—figure out what to build from a business domain without a detailed brief.
•Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders; translate messy manual processes into technical solutions.
