Assistant Store Supervisor

Oversee end-to-end store operations during your shift, including managing staff, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and outbound picking and packing of customer orders. Support the Store Supervisor with store replenishment to avoid stockouts, inventory control with stock takes and cycle counts, and monitoring fulfillment performance to improve productivity and profits. Ensure hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards, manage store shrinkage actions, and resolve shift issues with recommended solutions.
