Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end store operations during your shift, including staff management, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and pick/pack of orders.
  • •Assist the Store Supervisor with store operations, including selecting people, scheduling shifts, and routine/preventive maintenance.
  • •Support store ordering and replenishment to ensure proper stock levels (no OOS/OVS) based on demand planning and physical stock checks.
  • •Support inventory management through stock control, implementing inventory processes, and conducting store stock take and cycle counts.
  • •Ensure implementation of hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards and help monitor fulfillment to recommend improvements and address shrinkage actions.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in supermarket or retail.
  • •Proven Excel skills.
  • •Good communication skills and a hands-on approach.
