Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver timely, actionable analysis.
  • •Design and maintain Looker reports and dashboards, build/monitor key business metrics, and identify trends and performance gaps.
  • •Build, optimize, and document LookML models to support scalable, efficient analysis across the organization.
  • •Audit existing dashboards and data sources, diagnose data discrepancies, and work with Data Engineering to improve pipelines and reporting accuracy.
  • •Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast business outcomes and customer behavior, contributing to evolving performance measurement.
