Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project plan and budget for key divisional technical projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • •Control R&D project execution by validating resources and ensuring activities are mapped, linked, and planned.
  • •Manage work plans to meet timelines; highlight gaps/risks and resolve issues while assuring plan completeness.
  • •Interface with module owners, systems engineering, disciplinary owners, product line focals, operations, ICT, and finance.
  • •Manage and optimize the R&D project budget and route RERs to assure alignment and timely deliveries.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in engineering or science (M.Sc. is an advantage).
  • •More than 5 years’ experience working on complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • •More than 3 years’ experience as a project manager or with direct team management.
  • •Methodological PM know-how with a multi-disciplinary approach.
  • •Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, AI, PDP) and strong communication/presentation skills.
