  • •Serve as senior technical authority on major projects, providing expert review, guidance, and oversight of electrical design, installation strategies, and system integration.
  • •Oversee multiple electrical projects concurrently, balancing technical rigor, programme delivery, and client expectations.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into broader building services, including lighting, power distribution, fire and life safety, and low-voltage systems.
  • •Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical excellence and professional development across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years’ experience in Electrical Engineering delivering technically complex building projects across sectors such as buildings/places, transport, or government work.
  • •Proven ability to lead multiple technical projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and innovation.
  • •Deep knowledge of Australian Standards, building codes, and electrical systems, with capability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineers and clients.
  • •Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and RPEV/RPEQ registration preferred.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring, developing, and supporting engineers at earlier career stages.
