Job Summary

Integrate enterprise-wide cyber security data from applications, micro-services, and other disparate sources by designing data platform architecture, building ETL/ELT pipelines, and delivering data to lakes/warehouses. Write complex SQL for transformations, automate scripts with Python, and develop RESTful APIs and service layers. Collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, and business users to model data, secure data end-to-end, and connect BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Splunk.

Key Responsibilities

•Design data platform and architecture while collaborating with architects and cloud systems engineers.
•Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL code to stream structured and semi-structured SaaS data into data lakes/warehouses.
•Write complex SQL scripts and automate data transformations using Python.
•Build test cases and unit tests for key data platform implementations following software engineering best practices.
•Integrate the data platform with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Splunk) and develop reporting/service APIs, while ensuring data privacy end-to-end.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modelling, and data lifecycle management.
•Expertise in SQL for data transformations, statistical analysis, and troubleshooting across multiple database platforms (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Azure SQL Warehouse).
•Hands-on data pipeline and ETL development using SQL and Python, including streaming data from SaaS stores to data lakes/warehouses.
•Experience with relational and cloud databases including Azure SQL Database, Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Aurora, and Amazon Redshift.
•Proficiency with Python 3 and data/ML libraries (NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Pandas) plus strong API integration experience using Python.
