Job Summary

Shape and evolve a dedicated design system for Informatica products, establishing visual standards for consistency and accessibility across a cloud data management suite. Partner with UX designers, visual design leads, and UI engineers to validate and ship responsive, accessible design solutions. Use AI-powered design workflows (including Figma Make and generative AI) to prototype, animate, and extend components, while driving adoption through design reviews, feedback, and implementation support with dev and QA.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the evolution of the Informatica design system by delivering high-quality visual assets (UI mockups, icons, illustrations) and component specifications for consistency and accessibility.
•Partner with UX designers and UI engineers to validate, scale, and ship design solutions across responsive and accessible surfaces.
•Use AI-powered design tools (including Figma Make and generative AI) to prototype, animate, and extend design system components and explore new interaction patterns.
•Champion design standards across product teams through design reviews, constructive feedback, and implementation support with development and QA.
•Create and maintain component guidelines and specs that ensure coherent, accessible product experiences.

Salary: USD 99,400 - 150,300 annually

•Fluency in AI-assisted design workflows and understanding how tools can accelerate design system work.
•A design-related degree required.
•Experience contributing to or governing design system components, including documentation for component usage at scale.
