Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on-site in Miamisburg, OH primarily on second shift, with flexibility to adjust hours to support and supervise third-shift operations.
  • •Lead daily warehouse safety practices including safety audits, housekeeping and waste management, proper PPE and equipment use, and 5S initiatives.
  • •Develop direct reports through feedback, coaching, formal training, performance appraisals, merit-based pay reviews, and personnel decisions including hiring and disciplinary actions.
  • •Maintain deadlines and quality by assigning work, planning overtime, tracking KPIs, and coordinating support to remove operational roadblocks.
  • •Design and implement operational, inventory control, and cost-efficiency improvements while managing the department financial budget in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing/distribution, including 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and material handling equipment operation and inspection.
  • •Demonstrated leadership abilities including coaching, performance management, delegating tasks, conflict resolution, and delivering results on time.
  • •Proficiency in information systems such as Google Suite, Excel, Oracle, and Loftware, with continuous improvement project execution skills.
