•Lead end-to-end technology strategy and execution for model portfolios, SMAs, and custom investment solutions across the wealth channel.
•Manage and develop subordinate leaders and teams delivering advisor-facing and portfolio construction platforms.
•Drive architecture for portfolio construction, model management, and distribution platforms integrated with advisor and custodian ecosystems.
•Build and scale data platforms leveraging Snowflake to unify portfolio, client, market, and performance data across wealth workflows.
•Enable advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities for client personalization, portfolio optimization, and advisor insights, including governance, risk management, and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 260,000 annually

•Experience supporting investment strategies across equities and fixed income, including multi-asset portfolio construction and asset allocation.
•Proven experience implementing Snowflake (or similar cloud-based data platforms) and leveraging AI and advanced analytics for personalization and portfolio insights.
