Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to assess access requirements, develop access roles, and drive corrective actions for ongoing remediation.
  • •Perform in-depth troubleshooting of application, workflow, and data issues by analyzing logs, database records, and configurations; implement permanent fixes to improve reliability and performance.
  • •Design, develop, and customize business rules and workflows to meet governance and compliance needs and automate processes.
  • •Develop and maintain custom/operational reports by querying relational databases (SQL) for audit, compliance, and business reporting.
  • •Actively participate in USPS Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enhancements, support testing (SIT/UAT), and ensure release readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 146,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to assess access requirements and develop appropriate access roles tailored to needs.
  • •Work with stakeholders to assign ownership and take corrective action for ongoing remediation.
  • •Experience supporting IAM (SailPoint/Savyint) and being an accomplished SailPoint IDM engineer in identity governance, access management, and information security.
  • •Proficiency onboarding/configuring out-of-the-box web services connectors for REST APIs using OAuth, Basic, and Token authentication methods.
  • •Ability to design, implement, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for security, compliance, and efficiency (including RBAC and ABAC).
