Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational support for corporate and institutional clients on FX transactions.
  • •Accurately process incoming and outgoing foreign currency payments and confirm FX trades to ensure timely settlements.
  • •Monitor and manage FX payment flows across various currencies and platforms.
  • •Perform daily reconciliations, resolve trade/payment discrepancies, and investigate payment delays, trade mismatches, and compliance alerts.
  • •Maintain transaction records in systems such as WallStreet, MTS, and SWIFT gpi; collaborate with traders and relationship managers and respond to client inquiries; support process improvement and automation.

Key Requirements
