Key Responsibilities

•Perform hands-on repair of turbine engine components and accessories, including drilling, fastener removal, blending, insert installation, and silicone repairs.
•Utilize hand tools, specialized tooling, fixtures, and approved technical data to support engine assembly, disassembly, repair, and test operations.
•Interpret and follow work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality requirements to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
•Conduct required self-inspections and peer inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and deliver high-quality products to customers.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED
•Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Powerplant (P) Certificate
•Experience using precision measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges)
•Experience performing engine overhaul, repair, or maintenance in aerospace, aviation, military, or industrial environment
•Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and SAP or Microsoft Office
