Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, and develop cloud software applications.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM, and Strategy to deliver high-quality products.
  • •Enforce agile practices including test-driven development, CI, and test automation; collaborate with offshore teams on architecture and delivery.
  • •Analyze and remediate production issues, building fault tolerance and operational readiness into system architecture.
  • •Lead technical direction and team health: manage engineering excellence, mentor on code design patterns, cultivate technical backlog, and address technical debt.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • •10+ years of server/client-side software development experience.
  • •3+ years in a Management Role, including leading teams and performance/people management.
  • •In-depth understanding of free and open-source development (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Objective-C).
  • •Strong knowledge of scalability/high availability and operating live production applications (monitoring, incident management, remediation).
