•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives to maximize performance and achieve commercial targets.

•Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic Key Accounts and high-value customers.
•Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Project Cargo services.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
•5–8 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales, business development, or commercial management.
•Previous team management and leadership experience.
•Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Project Cargo services.
•Proven track record in delivering revenue and gross profit targets.
