Support IT operations by assisting in the implementation of new systems and processes. Create dashboards to share information, track IT task progress, artifacts, and budgets, and help manage software and hardware assets. Analyze operational data to spot trends and improvement opportunities while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Develop standard operating procedures, prepare KPI reports and presentations, and train users on IT processes.
