•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
