Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate, nurture, monitor, plan, and schedule global standards procedures locally to ensure consistent application across all operations.
  • •Assure instructor pilot performance using observation tools (IPPM and/or DOI); schedule, analyze results, and make recommendations to the global team for continuous improvement.
  • •Deliver instructor training sessions (online and in-person); develop and maintain instructor training courseware and materials.
  • •Provide SME support and guidance to local instructors to align with global standardization policies; conduct foundational Civil Global IDT.
  • •Coordinate and facilitate governance and communication with Local Training Standards Specialists, Lead Instructors, local Head of Training, Training Managers, and the Center Leader.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold ICAO ATPL or CPL license (or equivalent).
  • •Hold FAA instructor certificate or Part FCL instructor certificate issued by an EASA member state (or equivalent 900(c) qualification) as required by the Training Centers they serve and applicable regulations.
  • •Three or more years of experience delivering or managing instructor training at an ATO and/or AOC.
  • •Working knowledge of Part FCL/ORA, CFR Part 61, 135, and 142 regulations as appropriate.
  • •Ideal candidates have multi-domain experience (e.g., BAT, CAT, FTO) and can support multiple business units.
