Job Summary

Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to create plans, specifications, and timelines. Supervise on-site execution, monitor progress and risks, and drive corrective actions. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to meet design specs and regulatory requirements, manage documentation and contracts, and support HSE/HSE initiatives and incident resolution in line with IMS policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
•Supervise on-site activities, including scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to support efficient execution.
•Monitor project progress to identify delays, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
•Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks; prepare/review documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of working experience and 5 years of relevant experience (2 years in GCC is a plus).
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
•Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
•Strong construction understanding of principles, methods, and materials.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
