Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead month-end, quarter-end, half-year, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • •Prepare and review monthly management accounts (profit and loss, balance sheet, and supporting commentary).
  • •Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key business drivers and recommendations.
  • •Oversee revenue recognition and ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop members of the finance team and maintain strong financial controls while supporting audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • •Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar finance role.
  • •Strong financial reporting, accounting, and balance sheet management experience.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) with strong financial analysis.
  • •Experience leading, developing, and managing finance teams.
