  • •Execute ITIL-aligned processes for Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management.
  • •Diagnose and resolve application, interface, data, integration, and workflow issues using logs and database queries.
  • •Perform RCA for recurring issues and support improvements via corrective and preventive actions, documentation, and healthcare interoperability integrations.
