Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business in the nuclear market with DOW.
  • •Establish relationships with key industry partners to execute challenging projects and provide program management across multiple initiatives.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to DOW on development and planning of new nuclear programs.
  • •Guide multi-discipline teams, oversee resource loading, and engage talent to deliver services.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate with project delivery and federal property/buildings leaders to implement them while supporting client management and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related degree.
  • •12+ years delivering Architectural & Engineering (AE) planning, design, and construction-phase oversight under U.S. Department of War contracts, including proposing and negotiating fee proposals.
  • •7+ years managing multi-disciplinary engineering/architectural teams.
  • •Professional registration as a U.S. licensed Engineer.
  • •Strong knowledge of Navy, Army, and Air Force clients, U.S. contracting industry, federal budgeting, and federal acquisition strategy/marketing to deliver business results.
