Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize, install, and support government computer systems including LANs, WANs, network segments, intranets, and data communication systems.
  • •Help architect, design, and analyze network models and participate in decisions to buy future hardware or software to upgrade infrastructure.
  • •Execute day-to-day management and operations of systems and networks; follow O&M checklists (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) and build TTPs and SOPs.
  • •Operate monitoring tools with enterprise SIEM, create/tailor complex event alarms and rules, and produce summary reports.
  • •Support Collateral, SCI, and SAP day-to-day activities, including participating in security incident response as needed and assisting in technical risk analysis for emerging cybersecurity tools/processes.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of related experience (SAP experience desired).
  • •US Citizenship required.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems and Microsoft Exchange Server; working knowledge of RHEL administration as needed.
  • •Working knowledge of CISCO network and switching and virtualization technologies; working knowledge of LAN/WAN and data backup technologies including COMSEC integration.
  • •Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework, Common Criteria, and System Security Policy; must be familiar with DoD policy for implementing and executing system and network administration.
